Very happy with getting my windscreen replaced! I always call up at least 3 businesses for quotes. Speedy was my first. They answered the call without me having to go through 10 different steps & listening to torturous music.  The lady I spoke to was super friendly and professional. When I told her I’m going to get a couple more quotes, she said to make sure to call back if I find better quote to see what they can do to try match it.
They not only matched it but beat it to make it the best deal!
The only downside is that estimated time for the booking was ‘afternoon’ making my day half useless. (Although it being a mobile service does make it better. If they also offer onsite service, I wasn’t given the option)
I had my service booked for the ‘afternoon between 1-5pm’ and received a call at 7:45am to see if I’m free now. It turned out to be much more convenient for me as I now can make best of the day but it’s my pet hate when tradies do that. (It’s great only if it works out)
The guys were super polite and professional. I had a little concern over part of plastic cover not laying flat against the glass, but he reassured me it’s totally fine and it’s a superficial portion of the car. (I will say my car is 2003 so the plastic is quite worn out, which maybe why)
To top it all off, they gave me screen saver patches to use if I get chip on the screen again!
